6. Job Listings & Candidate Information

We do not guarantee:

• That a job will remain available
• That a candidate will be hired
• That any employer or candidate is legitimate

We act as a staffing intermediary and are not responsible for employer hiring decisions, employment offers, or workplace conduct.

7. User Submissions

By submitting resumes, applications, profiles, messages, or other materials, you grant Marblo IT Solutions (DBA MediLink Careers) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, process, and share the content for staffing, recruiting, compliance, and service delivery purposes.

You remain the owner of your content.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information for recruiting, staffing, verification, compliance, and communication purposes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services in the prior 3 months.

14. Termination
